Slide Machine ("the app") is software for creating and managing TikTok photo-mode slideshows. By using it you agree to what follows.
The app generates slideshow images and copy, and — where you have connected a TikTok account — sends finished slideshows to that account's drafts for you to review and publish yourself. It does not publish on your behalf.
You keep ownership of everything you put into the app and everything it generates for you. You are responsible for what you publish, including whether it complies with TikTok's own terms and community guidelines.
You must have the right to use any image, screenshot or likeness you upload.
Connecting a TikTok account is optional. When you connect one, you grant the app permission to read that account's basic profile and public video statistics, and to place drafts in its inbox. You can disconnect at any time from within the app, or by revoking access in your TikTok settings.
Images and text are produced by third-party generative models. Output can be wrong, generic, or unsuitable. Review anything before you post it. The app strips generative metadata from images during processing; this is a best-effort step and not a guarantee about how any platform will classify a file.
Do not use the app to impersonate a real person, to produce misleading content presented as genuine, or for anything unlawful.
The app is provided as is, without warranty. It depends on third-party services that may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, liability for loss arising from use of the app is limited to the amount you have paid for it.
These terms may change. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
